Manager, Product Control

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled professional to join our PC team. This role will play a pivotal part in expanding the Bank’s Product Control, developing compliant and commercially effective strategies, and supporting IFRS 9 transition initiatives.

Requirements

• Manage a team covering various product categories and regions
• Ensure appropriate controls and reviews are maintained for Daily P&L production, Core reconciliations, Month end close and BSRS
• Take responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure that the highest standards are maintained
• Identify/ manage risk and control breakdowns
• Develop & Maintain effective and standard processes
