The role is to manage a group of sales in HK, focusing on Corporate Sales – Non-flow, developing the Bank's relationships with Clients through marketing and sales of Financial Market products.
Requirements
- Ability to lead a team of 4-5 people to build up the corporate non-flow business
- Good knowledge in structured products, especially in fixed income
- Experience and knowledge of equity financing and equity derivatives is a plus
- Curiosity and creativity in client's business and solution
- Establish good maturity as a people leader
