Associate Director, Business Management, Coverage, HK

The role is focused on driving business performance/results through facilitating the implementation of Bank-wide and Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) Coverage initiatives, supporting discussions and decision-making at various forums/committees, and delivering efficiency, change, and business performance agendas.

Requirements

• Support the execution of business initiatives to deliver against the Global CIB business priorities for the Greater China region.
• Drive in-country tracking of business performance and initiatives progress to ensure the business meets its KPIs and support Group Strategy and initiatives.
• Engage with risk and compliance colleagues to ensure that frontline governance is carried out in line with internal policies and regulatory requirement/expectations, through establishing and implementing processes locally that adheres to all regulatory, risk and compliance requirements.
