We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our AI Team at Standard Bots, revolutionizing real-world automation by making robotic systems accessible to everyone. The role is responsible for the entire AI lifecycle, from data collection to model training and inference.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years in a formal management role
• Proven track record in AI/ML leadership
• Experience with computer vision, imitation learning, or robotics
• Experience hiring and structuring teams in high-growth environments
• Comfortable discussing data labeling workflows, GPU orchestration, and model quantization for the edge
