Adjunct Nursing Faculty - BSN Pediatrics

Stanbridge University is seeking a qualified Adjunct Nursing Faculty member to teach Pediatrics of Nursing. The role involves delivering high-quality instruction, promoting student engagement, and maintaining academic standards. Faculty are responsible for assessing student performance and providing feedback. A full-time, part-time position, reporting to the Director of the BSN Program.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Valid, active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Four (4) years of direct patient care experience as an RN
• Four (4) years of continuous, full-time (or equivalent) direct patient care experience in the assigned clinical area
• Up-to-date immunization records
• Proficiency in using educational technology and basic computer skills
• American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers certification
• One (1) year of teaching experience in Fundamentals of Nursing or completion of a post-baccalaureate course in nursing education
