As a Consultant within our Deltek Ajera Practice, you will partner closely with clients to deliver system implementations, consultative training, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance to optimize their use of Deltek Ajera. You will assess client needs, present tailored solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with Deltek Ajera
- 5+ years of project management experience (preferred)
- Controller-level accounting expertise
- Strong understanding of project management and accounting principles, particularly within architecture and engineering firms
- Passion for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
- Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire for continuous learning and professional growth
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
