Job Description
The Field Leader - Solids Control will oversee and mentor a team of Solids Control Technicians, driving operational excellence while maintaining strict adherence to HSE standards, company policies, and job site protocols. The role involves leading and developing field teams, overseeing daily operations, and collaborating with fellow Field Leaders and technicians to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
Requirements
- High School diploma, or GED equivalent, preferred
- 2-year Associate’s degree or technical diploma, in Technology, Electronics, or Mechanics, or similar field, is preferred
- Prior Forklift, Excavator, Skid Steer or Wheel Loader experience, or Certifications, is required
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Outlook, required
- Must have a valid driver’s license, valid insurance, and acceptable driving record for our insurance carrier
- Must maintain company vehicle in a professional manner and follow the rules of the Company Vehicle Policy
