Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client's executives, managers, and cross-functional teams. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, organize meetings, coordinate logistics, and support Finance leaders with cross-functional planning.
- Communication & Documentation: Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports. Serve as a liaison between multiple departments. Manage phone calls, emails, and document filing.
- Travel & Expenses: Arrange travel and accommodations, prepare itineraries, and manage expense reports while keeping budgets on track.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply ordering, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office needs. Support internal projects and initiatives with strong administrative execution.
- Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
