STADA Eurasia is looking for a talented and experienced Field Force Manager to join our team in Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on field sales and marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical/Pharmaceutical or Business/Economics
• Experience in a pharmaceutical company in a regional manager/Field Force Manager position for at least 3–5 years
• Understanding of principles of Rx and OTC product promotion, key sales metrics (KPI, ROI, P&L)
• Budgeting and sales planning experience
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large data arrays, and make conclusions
• Good level of Microsoft Excel (formulas, summary tables, charts)
• Experience in working with analytics, CRM, and dashboards (Power BI, QlikView, etc.)
• Experience in interacting with distributors, pharmacy networks, and hospital institutions
• Knowledge of coaching and assessing field staff techniques
• Willingness to undergo regular travel
