- Multiple years of experience in outbound sales (SMB or Mid-Market)
- Demonstrable success in the new customer acquisition
- Initial leadership experience (e.g., as a Team Lead, Senior Sales Representative or Mentor)
- Deep understanding of the complete sales cycle
- Strong hunter mentality and pronounced results orientation
- Analytical thinking, structured work process, and high personal motivation
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
