Policy and Public Affairs Lead Germany (all genders)

As Policy and Public Affairs Lead Germany, you will lead our policy work in Germany and shape the national agenda for AI and future skills.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a policy, public affairs, or political role in Germany
• Involvement in shaping legislation at the federal or state level
• Strong passion for education and the German tech ecosystem
• Experience in building trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Commercial understanding and ability to discuss ROI, TAM, and growth metrics
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex regulations to the executive team
• Very good German skills (C2) and good English (at least C1)
