Learning Content Engineer - KI (m/w/d)

You'll design our training portfolio in the field of artificial intelligence and develop high-quality, practice-oriented learning content.

Requirements

• Completed study in the MINT field or comparable technical qualification
• Experience in the didactic preparation and creation of technical learning content, ideally in the field of AI, data, or software engineering
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence, in particular machine learning, generative AI, prompting, AI workflows, automations, and modern AI tools
• Ability to quickly get into complex AI topics (e.g. agent systems, model integration, modern frameworks)
• Solid Python knowledge
• Routine in the use of modern AI tools for content creation (e.g. ChatGPT, HeyGen, Synthesia, translation, and scripting tools) as well as ability to use AI-supported workflows efficiently
• Good understanding of AI tools, APIs, and modern development environments (e.g. prompting, agents, automations, frameworks)
• Structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
• Team and communication strength, also in dealing with external experts or freelancers
• User orientation and empathy in designing learning content
• Very good German knowledge (C2) as well as good English (at least C1)
