Job Description
St. Timothy is seeking a Daycare Aide to provide care for children in a New Evangelization-focused environment. The Aide will assist the Director and Lead Daycare Worker in ensuring children's safety, fostering a positive environment, and facilitating parent communication. Responsibilities include supervision, instruction, documentation, and participation in school events.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Patience
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Understand responsibilities of mandated reporting
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Minimum age of 18
- Current certification in child first aid and CPR
- Prior negative T.B. test result
- Minimum of 3 months daycare experience with infants and/or toddlers
