St. Paul Academy and Summit School seeks a Lower School Homeroom teacher for 1st and 2nd grade. The successful candidate will have experience teaching early elementary students and demonstrate a passion for teaching young learners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Teaching experience in early elementary grades (1st/2nd)
- Ability to create developmentally appropriate curricula
- Establish a supportive and engaging classroom environment
- Differentiate instruction and materials for all students
- Work collaboratively with teaching partner, colleagues, and parents/guardians
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
