Automotive Service Advisor

St Lucie Battery & Tire is looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to assist customers with their vehicle repair needs, greet customers, and process transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-plus years of experience in a service advisor role
• Tire experience and/or commercial tire experience
• Proven experience in sales, customer relations, or related positions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Problem-solving and listening skills
• Patient disposition and ability to resolve conflicts
• Knowledgeable in computer applications and industry-specific software
• Basic accounting skills and knowledge of electronic payment systems
