CNA St. John's Pool

This CNA position involves providing direct care to nursing facility residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, lifting, transferring, and comforting them. Responsibilities also include taking vital signs, maintaining resident care records, and ensuring safety of the facility. The role is supervised by nurses and focuses on providing high-quality health care assistance to residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a human service or health care setting preferred
• Current Montana State Nurses Aide Certification
• Observed human behaviors or changes in condition
• Ability to understand written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
• Ability to use various health care supplies and equipment
• Ability to relate to and work with the ill, elderly, disabled, emotionally upset, and at times, combative people within the facility
