The Elder Sharath position provides skilled care and support to residents in a home-like environment, promoting their dignity, health, and well-being. Responsibilities include personal care, housekeeping, food preparation, and household financial management, with an emphasis on creating a positive and nurturing atmosphere for the residents. This is a cooperative role working with a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Current Montana State Nurses Aide Certification (or completed SJU CNA Course)
• Knowledge of Serve Safe TM, food preparation, and basic nutritional guidelines
• Excellent writing, verbal, and observation skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities
