St. Croix Health is seeking a full-time, on-site, Patient Focused, Clinical Pharmacist to join their team in Frederic, WI. This role involves ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing high-quality pharmaceutical care, and promoting wellness to patients. The pharmacist collaborates with other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes and contribute to the health of the community. Requires a Master's degree in pharmacy.

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a Pharmacy degree
• Current and valid Wisconsin Pharmacist License
• BLS certification
• Previous Pharmacist experience preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands
• Knowledge of St. Croix Health's policies
• Supervisory responsibilities
• Physical requirements for standing, bending, and lifting.
