Physical Therapist - Full Time - St. Croix Falls, WI

St. Croix Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages, focusing on evidence-informed treatment and patient outcomes. The role involves performing documentation, assisting with rehab staff, and maintaining strong patient relationships. Successful candidates will be committed to providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved physical therapy school
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin and/or Minnesota
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Experience: 2 plus years preferred, or recent graduate with eagerness to grow
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and listening skills, solid judgment and decision making capabilities, strong time management skills, and good critical thinking/problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
