St. Anne's-Belfield School is seeking a Head Girls' Junior Varsity Soccer Coach to build upon its strong legacy and thriving sports program. The successful candidate is passionate about the role that soccer can have in developing the character of student-athletes and furthering the School's mission.

Requirements

• Determining individual player abilities, strengths, and weaknesses
• Establishing team rules and regulations
• Organizing team-building sessions and activities off the field
• Fostering good sportsmanship in all team players
• Managing and supervising athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions
• Ensuring that all soccer coaches work together toward a common goal
• Encouraging players to engage in other Saints sports programs
• Establishing and maintaining open communication with parents, students, and Director of Athletics
• Taking all necessary precautions to protect student-athletes, equipment, materials, and facilities
