Test Lead

We are seeking a Test Lead to lead a small-to-medium QA team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities. The role involves building automation tests, designing performance tests, collaborating with developers, and ensuring timely defect reporting. Strong technical testing expertise and automation experience are essential.

Requirements

• Lead day-to-day testing activities.
• Define and maintain test plans and test cases.
• Build and enhance test automation scripts (Selenium/Playwright).
• Design and run performance tests using JMeter.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners within Agile/Scrum.
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews.
• Support CI/CD integration.
• Track test progress and communicate issues.
