Seeking experienced and dynamic Application Delivery head to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications and solutions.

Requirements

Own the delivery of multiple software products and solutions across the full SDLC (development, deployment, support).
Define and execute scalable delivery strategies leveraging Agile and Azure DevOps methodologies.
Lead cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and DevOps engineers across multiple projects.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
Modernize and Oversee application support and continuous improvement of existing systems.
Drive adoption of Azure application stack: App Services, Azure Integration Services, Azure Functions, and Containers (AKS/ACI).
Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, DevSecOps, and cloudnative architecture.
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing delivery teams; foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence.
Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality.
Manage risks and dependencies, and resolve delivery bottlenecks proactively.
