Senior Contracts Specialist

The Senior Contracts Specialist is responsible for managing contracts and tenders within the company, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing legal and contractual risks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and monitoring contracts, along with providing legal and contractual advice.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of contract regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Solid knowledge and prior experience in Saudi law and commercial contracts
• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience in commercial contracts or legal affairs
• Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
