Product Architecture Head

This Product Architecture Head will lead the architectural product design process, ensuring seamless integration of architecture, structure, MEP, and interior design. The role focuses on maintaining design intent, managing launch materials, and coordinating product development with all involved teams, culminating in a successful product launch. They report to the Head of Design & Engineering and collaborate with the Head of Design Management and Head of Placemaking.

Requirements

• Lead the review and validation of product-related submissions from Pre-Concept & Concept Design, Schematic Design (SD), Detailed Design (DD), Value Engineering (VE), to Tender & IFC Stages.
• Review product prototypes in context of the approved masterplan, landscape levels, and grading strategy.
• Review and interpret the product brief provided by the Development team.
• Oversee the preparation of launch materials.
• Lead the Design Package Technical Review (Post-Launch).
