Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with audit firms/investment firms (M&A, due diligence experience preferred)
- Strong experience in relationship management with audit firms, tax advisors, regulators, and other stakeholders
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC (Business Central) - preferred
- Certificate of Public Accountant - preferred
- Strong understanding of IFRS standards and financial regulations
- Experience in preparing monthly financial reports and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
