Frontend Tech Lead / Staff Engineer

The Frontend Tech Lead / Staff Engineer is responsible for designing and building web applications/portals using Angular and/or ReactJS, acting as a hands-on team member, collaborating with the Product owner and senior engineers to solve complex problems. The role involves leading project teams, developing technical strategy, and constantly seeking ways to improve the software development process.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience as a Front-end developer
• Expertise in developing web frontend using Angular 10 or later
• Knowledge of frontend design patterns for scalable Web Apps (SPA)
• Seasoned software developer with Raw JavaScript, Angular 5 or later
• Excellent knowledge of Front-end frameworks (bootstrap, foundation, etc.)
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML, SVG, Node JS
• Experience managing technical priorities within the Backlog
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Active coaching and mentoring abilities
