The client, an advertising agency, is seeking a Digital Director to oversee and lead all digital initiatives for brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The role involves developing strategies, leading a team, managing client relationships, and optimizing campaigns. The position requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and experience with digital marketing platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Director or in a similar leadership role in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance measurement.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with budget management and performance forecasting.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
