Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the in outsourcing, recruitment, IT or technology sector.
- Must have experience selling in GCC or Europe.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with decision-makers and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales engagement software.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent in English and Fluent Arabic.
