Job Description
Squiz is seeking two Technical Lead/Principal Engineers to help deliver a cloud-based Digital Experience Platform (DXP) with core capabilities like Content Management and Optimization. The role involves hands-on coding, mentoring, and shaping technical direction within a hybrid work model. This is a hands-on, full-stack engineering role within the DXP tech stack (TypeScript, React, Node, AWS) with a focus on backend development and Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in technical leadership.
- Full-stack software engineering expertise.
- Experience in the DXP tech stack - Typescript, React, Node, AWS.
- Strong understanding of testing principles and implementation of testing strategies.
- Experience with Agile or iterative development methodologies.
- Understanding of secure coding practices.
- Strong understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) or Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).
- Knowledge of AI solutions, Search or Vector database.
