Job Description
Squarespace is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of their editor experience. This role involves driving product experience improvements, collaborating with product management, engineering, and data teams, and embedding design intelligence into Squarespace. It's a hybrid role, working from Dublin (2 days/week) and requiring a collaborative, data-driven approach to design.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of product design experience building consumer-facing SaaS or design tools.
- Experience shipping complex user experiences in web platforms, design systems, or rich content creation environments.
- Strong product discovery skills and ability to independently shape strategic bets with ambiguous input.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders.
