As an Engineer I – Research and Development, you will provide engineering support for projects across multiple business units, assisting with the research, design, and development of new or improved products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, civil, chemical, etc.)
- Completion of Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) / Engineer in Training (EIT) Exam
- 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience (or 1–3 years of engineering experience with an advanced degree)
- Proficiency with testing instrumentation, data acquisition and programming (VBA)
- Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical and controls equipment
- Competency with hand tools and shop equipment: wood & metal fabrication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (oral, written)
- Strong project planning and multi-tasking skills
