Job Description
The Lead Development Specialist generates new sales leads for the Sprout sales teams through outbound sales prospecting and qualification, using various tools and techniques. The role requires strong skills in prospect identification, qualification, and pipeline building, as well as autonomy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Proven prospecting/outbound calling track record with SME and large enterprise companies
- Able to determine a prospect's needs and translate those needs into a potential fit for the Sprout SaaS solution
- Minimum 3 years experience with outbound sales prospecting
- Sound business judgment, integrity, and commitment to excellence
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills; Effective communicator, exemplary presentations skills
- Strong organizational skills
