Job Description
SpringWorks Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Marketing Lead to advance its commercial potential in rare sarcomas and ensure the successful management of thought leader relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven competency for scientific knowledge, strong relationships with KTLs and internal teams, and effective communication skills.
Requirements
- Direct Thought Leader Engagement experience
- Experience with Veeva Vault and PromoMats
- Understanding of US Oncology landscape
- Experience across multiple promotional channels
- Successful track record in understanding the US regulatory environment
- Ability to effectively access, interact with, and influence various internal and external audiences
- Strong scientific acumen
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with a collaborative mindset
- High proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Successful design and implementation of strategies
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of the business
