Corporate Accounting Manager

Springs Window Fashions is hiring a Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee accounting processes, partner with finance personnel, and lead the accounting team. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of progressive experience, a combination of public and corporate accounting experience, and a strong understanding of GAAP and Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA certification (strongly preferred)
• 7 years of progressive experience in accounting (ideally a combination of public and corporate accounting experience)
• Experience with large, multi-entity, complex organizations (manufacturing and international experience strongly preferred)
• Technical accounting and accounting research experience (strong preference for SEC financial reporting or audit experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of direct supervisory responsibilities
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and accounting software
• Experience implementing and integrating ERP systems (a plus)
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Collaborative team player with strong analytical skills and accuracy
• Solid communication and people management skills
