Business Development Manager

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Business Development Manager to cultivate and grow relationships with architects, designers, developers, and other industry professionals. This role focuses on driving sales, expanding market presence, and delivering high-performance solutions. The BDM will be responsible for project management from initial design input to application through the dealer network. They are responsible for achieving targets related to sales and project cycle.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales success in architecture, design, engineering, or construction.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and data-driven sales processes.
• Strong skills in presentations, negotiation, and objection handling.
