Job Description
The Flex Clinical Staff member is responsible for patient care in accordance with scope of practice and daily operations of the clinic. This role involves obtaining patient information, assisting with examinations, administering treatments, providing care advocacy, and ensuring patient confidentiality. The position requires compliance with Springfield Clinic policies and adherence to OSHA regulations.
