Job Description
The Flex Clinical Staff member is responsible for providing patient care according to physician needs and managing daily operations. Responsibilities include obtaining patient information, assisting physicians, administering treatments, ensuring continuity of care, and providing patient advocacy. This role requires adhering to infection control policies and Springfield Clinic incident reporting procedures.
Requirements
- Obtain medical information, chief complaints and vital signs.
- Assist physicians in examination and treatment of patients.
- Administer prescribed treatments according to scope of practice.
- Provide patient advocacy and ensure patient rights.
- Comply with OSHA and Springfield Clinic policy.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to code of conduct.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
