Residential Manager - Otsego Region

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience required; four (4) preferred
• Good analytical, written and oral communication abilities
• Interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to lift 50lbs independently and assist in lifting weights exceeding 50lbs
• Ability to drive Springbrook vehicles

• Competitive salary range ($60,500 - $64,500 annually)
