Grounds Worker - Maintenance Community Homes

Provides expertise and manual skill in land maintenance, vegetation growth control, and landscaping specialties. Performs routine landscape maintenance, snow removal, and operates land clearing and earth moving equipment.

Requirements

• High school or GED required
• Three (3) years’ experience in grounds maintenance and/or construction
• Working knowledge of equipment and methods for lawn care
• Working knowledge of equipment and methods for snow removal
• Ability to meet goals
• Ability to communicate and work within a team
• Ability to work extended hours or respond to on call situations as needed
• Basic proficiency in computer software and email applications
• Meet the requirements to drive a Springbrook vehicle
• The ability to lift 50 pounds in a safe manner
