Job Description
Spring Dell Center, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care, manage the Community and Employment Program, and oversee clinical oversight of unlicensed personnel. The role involves assessment, plan implementation, employee delegation, and adherence to state regulations. It is a full-time, exempt position with a 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM shift.
Requirements
- Current RN License in Maryland or Compact State
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to utilize agency data base structures
- Ability to work with disabled adults (preferred)
- Follow Maryland Nurse Practice Act, DDA regulations, and Spring Dell Center standards
