Maintenance Director - Senior Living

We are looking for a Maintenance Director to oversee and perform maintenance of all building systems, including management of preventative maintenance programs, and to ensure the community is meeting all fire/safety regulations and is consistently in tour & rent ready order.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance work experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
• PTAC repair experience
• HVAC Certification preferred
• Knowledge and/or experience managing and staying within budgetary guidelines
• Thorough knowledge of handling hazardous materials (MSDS) and Life Safety planning
• Desire and ability to lead, train, develop and motivate team members
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
