Job Description
Sprig is building an AI-native successor to legacy survey tools, offering a fast, intelligent, and deeply integrated experience research platform. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own core product experiences like survey creation, results dashboards, and feedback tools, collaborating with product and engineering to deliver high-quality user experiences. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience at SaaS or productivity software companies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences
- Experience designing tools with structured workflows (builders, editors, dashboards)
- Comfortable leading customer research and testing independently
- Skilled in Figma
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
- Strong product instincts and prioritization skills
- High bar for design craft and impact
