Senior Analyst - Growth Finance

Spotify is seeking a dedicated and driven Senior Analyst to join its Growth Finance team, supporting financial planning and analysis work, including budget controllership and new initiatives support.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a complex and data-driven business environment
• Familiarity with SaaS and/or content licensing business models
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong financial modeling skills and business insights
• Experience managing non-finance collaborators, preferably partners around the world
• Ability to stay proactive, organized, and dynamic in a rapidly changing environment
