Upper Mid-Market / Enterprise Sales Leader (Remote)

Requirements

• 3-6 years of sales leadership experience
• Managing teams of at least 4-8 Upper Mid-Market and/or Enterprise AEs
• Experience with complex, value-based products and solutions
• Ability to hire, develop, and retain top talent
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive customer outcomes
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure
