Event Marketing Manager (1099 Contract)

We're looking for an experienced Event Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time, 1099 contract basis. You'll plan, manage, and execute event-related deliverables for our conferences, trade shows, and field events, delivering agreed-upon outcomes aligned to project objectives.

Requirements

• An experienced Event Marketing Manager who knows how to independently run modern, high-impact B2B SaaS events end-to-end
• Hands-on experience managing event logistics, vendors, shipping, swag, booth design, and on-site execution
• Ability to move fast, stay organized under pressure, and thrive in environments where you can own outcomes, not just tasks
• Natural collaborator who loves pulling in Sales, PMM, Product, and Brand stakeholders to build moments that drive real business impact
