We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the management team of our Fútbol Emotion store located at CC Splau, Barcelona. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring sales targets and store KPIs are met, providing customer service, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Recruitment, training and supervision of sales team
- Assigning schedules and tasks to ensure a smooth operation
- Developing team talent through performance evaluations, feedback, and ongoing training
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Analyzing store performance and making strategic decisions to improve revenue
- Implementing local promotions and marketing strategies
- Reporting
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with personalized and detailed sales
- Collaborating in the growth of our Member loyalty program
- Providing the best shopping experience within the Fútbol Emotion ecosystem
- Ensuring the store meets cleanliness and organization standards
- Controlling and supervising product inventory
- Ensuring the store is adequately stocked and making orders as necessary
- Implementing measures to prevent losses and reduce waste
- Complying with company security policies and procedures
