Job Description
The Regional Director of the Washington/Oregon territory is a dynamic leader responsible for providing support to Team Leaders and franchisees in achieving continued success. This role focuses on guiding store performance, developing business plans, ensuring operational compliance, and acting as a liaison between the region and Sport Clips Support Center. Requirements
- Provide support to Team Leaders through effective leadership, communication and coaching.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to develop and execute business plans, define goals and achieve financial objectives.
- Ensure clear communication of company information to Team Leaders.
- Monitor performance through communication and joint meetings.
- Analyze P&L statements and influence Team Leaders.
- Enforce SCI compliance standards.
- Partner with Real Estate to identify growth opportunities.
