Job Description
This position is for a Regional Coach to develop Area Coaches and Store Managers in the IL, IN, and OH markets. The role involves coaching, training, mentoring, and contributing to the company's growth and profitability. Successes in sales growth, collaboration, and brand visibility are key.
Requirements
- Develop Coaches in technical and operations skills.
- Maintain presence/visibility in the market.
- Drive same Store sales growth.
- Partner with Regional Directors, Area Managers and Store Managers.
- Serve as a mentor and master trainer.
- Work with other Coaches and teams.
