Executive Chef – Full-Time, On-Site | Award-Winning Luxury Life Plan Community - Mather is seeking an award-winning Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at its thriving Life Plan community. This role involves hands-on management of menus, training staff, and engaging with residents, ensuring quality and care. The ideal candidate will craft memorable dining experiences and maintain a high-quality kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Culinary Arts Degree or Professional Chef Certification (CEC or CIA ProChef 3 preferred)
- Ability to multi-task and make independent decisions.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- 7+ years progressive supervisory experience in a high-quality kitchen environment
- Current sanitation certification and any other required certifications
- MS Office, SharePoint, and online training platforms proficiency
