The role combines strategic leadership with strong execution skills, with a focus on supporting business growth and ensuring professional HR management across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience working in dynamic environments with multicultural teams and complex operations.
- Strong expertise in all areas of HR operations: HRIS systems, labor law, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to design long-term HR strategies while ensuring hands-on execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams across multiple areas of responsibility.
- Fluent English - both written and verbal
